Mariemont home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Mariemont rose by $110,800 while total sales decreased by 44%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $343,800 - a 47.6% increase over the $233,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Mariemont in the second quarter of 2016.
