Montgomery home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Montgomery rose by $26,250 while total sales decreased by 10.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $386,000 - a 7.3% increase over the $359,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in Montgomery in the second quarter of 2016.
