Indian Hill home prices fall in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Indian Hill fell by $33,000 while total sales decreased by 3.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $870,000 - a 3.7% decrease over the $903,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Indian Hill in the second quarter of 2016.
