Mount Healthy Heights home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Mount Healthy Heights rose by $2,750 while total sales increased by 166.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $42,750 - a 6.9% increase over the $40,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Mount Healthy Heights in the first quarter of 2016.
