North College Hill home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in North College Hill rose by $16,550 while total sales increased by 230%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $52,000 - a 46.7% increase over the $35,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in North College Hill in the first quarter of 2016.
