Springdale home prices fall in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Springdale fell by $30,230 while total sales increased by 275%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $59,500 - a 33.7% decrease over the $89,730 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Springdale in the first quarter of 2016.
