Cleves home prices fall in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Cleves fell by $17,410 while total sales increased by 350%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $70,490 - a 19.8% decrease over the $87,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Cleves in the first quarter of 2016.
