Mount Healthy home prices fall in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Mount Healthy fell by $3,800 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $75,000 - a 4.8% decrease over the $78,800 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Mount Healthy in the first quarter of 2016.
