White Oak home prices fall in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in White Oak fell by $12,100 while total sales increased by 220%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $83,150 - a 12.7% decrease over the $95,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in White Oak in the first quarter of 2016.
