Groesbeck home prices fall in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Groesbeck fell by $26,650 while total sales increased by 325%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $101,000 - a 20.9% decrease over the $127,650 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Groesbeck in the first quarter of 2016.
