Norwood home prices fall in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Norwood fell by $52,500 while total sales increased by 126.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 59 homes sold, with a median sale price of $105,500 - a 33.2% decrease over the $158,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Norwood in the first quarter of 2016.
