Springfield Township home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Springfield Township rose by $16,600 while total sales increased by 169%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 78 homes sold, with a median sale price of $112,500 - a 17.3% increase over the $95,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Springfield Township in the first quarter of 2016.
