Reading home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Reading rose by $62,751 while total sales increased by 84.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $118,751 - a 112.1% increase over the $56,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Reading in the first quarter of 2016.
