Harrison home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Harrison rose by $45,450 while total sales increased by 328.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,450 - a 47.8% increase over the $95,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Harrison in the first quarter of 2016.
