Fairfax home prices fall in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Fairfax fell by $375 while total sales increased by 225%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $149,000 - a 0.3% decrease over the $149,375 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Fairfax in the first quarter of 2016.
