Colerain Township home prices fall in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Colerain Township fell by $39,875 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $176,375 - a 18.4% decrease over the $216,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Colerain Township in the first quarter of 2016.
