Madeira home prices fall in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Madeira fell by $33,189 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $190,311 - a 14.8% decrease over the $223,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Madeira in the first quarter of 2016.
