Symmes Township home prices fall in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Symmes Township fell by $156,850 while total sales increased by 300%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $263,150 - a 37.3% decrease over the $420,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Symmes Township in the first quarter of 2016.
