Wyoming home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Wyoming rose by $19,500 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $227,500 - a 9.4% increase over the $208,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Wyoming in the first quarter of 2016.
