Kenwood home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Kenwood rose by $70,653 while total sales increased by 260%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $268,653 - a 35.7% increase over the $198,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Kenwood in the first quarter of 2016.
