Mariemont home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Mariemont rose by $57,750 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $332,450 - a 21% increase over the $274,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Mariemont in the first quarter of 2016.
