Indian Hill home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Indian Hill rose by $155,500 while total sales increased by 116.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $910,000 - a 20.6% increase over the $754,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Indian Hill in the first quarter of 2016.
