Franklin home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Franklin rose by $13,250 while total sales increased by 2.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 105 homes sold, with a median sale price of $129,000 - a 11.4% increase over the $115,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 102 homes sold in Franklin in the second quarter of 2017.
