Pleasant Plain home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Pleasant Plain rose by $27,000 while total sales increased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,000 - a 21.1% increase over the $128,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Pleasant Plain in the third quarter of 2016.
