Lebanon home prices fall in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Lebanon fell by $750 while total sales increased by 2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 156 homes sold, with a median sale price of $178,250 - a 0.4% decrease over the $179,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 153 homes sold in Lebanon in the third quarter of 2016.
