Seven Mile home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Seven Mile fell by $6,245 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $86,255 - a 6.8% decrease over the $92,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Seven Mile in the second quarter of 2018.
