Fairfield home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Fairfield fell by $10,000 while total sales decreased by 1.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 183 homes sold, with a median sale price of $145,000 - a 6.5% decrease over the $155,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 185 homes sold in Fairfield in the second quarter of 2018.
