Madison Township home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Madison Township fell by $8,250 while total sales decreased by 11.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $146,250 - a 5.3% decrease over the $154,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Madison Township in the second quarter of 2018.
