Trenton home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Trenton fell by $2,500 while total sales decreased by 23.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,500 - a 1.6% decrease over the $153,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 60 homes sold in Trenton in the second quarter of 2018.
