Morgan home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Morgan rose by $23,750 while total sales increased by 21.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,000 - a 15.7% increase over the $151,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Morgan in the second quarter of 2018.
