Reily home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Reily rose by $75,000 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $241,750 - a 45% increase over the $166,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Reily in the second quarter of 2018.
