Ross home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Ross rose by $69,000 while total sales increased by 129.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $229,000 - a 43.1% increase over the $160,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Ross in the second quarter of 2018.
