New Miami home prices fall in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in New Miami fell by $5,500 while total sales increased by 83.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $40,000 - a 12.1% decrease over the $45,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in New Miami in the first quarter of 2018.
