Reily home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Reily rose by $19,350 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,850 - a 19.1% increase over the $101,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Reily in the first quarter of 2018.
