Hanover Township home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Hanover Township rose by $3,050 while total sales decreased by 15.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $136,500 - a 2.3% increase over the $133,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Hanover Township in the first quarter of 2018.
