Fairfield home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Fairfield rose by $27,400 while total sales increased by 5.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 123 homes sold, with a median sale price of $152,500 - a 21.9% increase over the $125,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 117 homes sold in Fairfield in the first quarter of 2018.
