Monroe home prices fall in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Monroe fell by $6,200 while total sales increased by 7.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $169,300 - a 3.5% decrease over the $175,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Monroe in the first quarter of 2018.
