New Miami home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in New Miami rose by $7,250 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $31,250 - a 30.2% increase over the $24,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in New Miami in the third quarter of 2017.
