Fairfield home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Fairfield rose by $10,050 while total sales increased by 8.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 209 homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 - a 7.2% increase over the $139,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 192 homes sold in Fairfield in the third quarter of 2017.
