Morgan home prices fall in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Morgan fell by $48,750 while total sales decreased by 17.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $151,250 - a 24.4% decrease over the $200,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Morgan in the second quarter of 2017.
