Fairfield home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Fairfield rose by $25,000 while total sales decreased by 13.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 185 homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,000 - a 19.2% increase over the $130,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 213 homes sold in Fairfield in the second quarter of 2017.
