Reily home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Reily rose by $44,750 while total sales decreased by 53.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $166,750 - a 36.7% increase over the $122,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Reily in the second quarter of 2017.
