Fairfield Township home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Fairfield Township rose by $4,000 while total sales increased by 9.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 117 homes sold, with a median sale price of $200,000 - a 2% increase over the $196,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 107 homes sold in Fairfield Township in the second quarter of 2017.
