New Miami home prices fall in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in New Miami fell by $34,000 while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $24,000 - a 58.6% decrease over the $58,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in New Miami in the third quarter of 2016.
