Monroe home prices fall in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Monroe fell by $3,100 while total sales increased by 7.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 55 homes sold, with a median sale price of $171,900 - a 1.8% decrease over the $175,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 51 homes sold in Monroe in the third quarter of 2016.
