Lemon Township home prices fall in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Lemon Township fell by $8,000 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $14,700 - a 35.2% decrease over the $22,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Lemon Township in the second quarter of 2016.
