Reily home prices fall in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Reily fell by $125,400 while total sales decreased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $14,600 - a 89.6% decrease over the $140,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Reily in the first quarter of 2016.
