Middletown home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Middletown rose by $2,065 while total sales increased by 16.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 180 homes sold, with a median sale price of $65,545 - a 3.3% increase over the $63,480 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 155 homes sold in Middletown in the first quarter of 2016.
