Pheasant Run home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Pheasant Run rose by $9,331 while total sales increased by 700%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,000 - a 8.4% increase over the $110,670 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Pheasant Run in the second quarter of 2018.
