Vermilion home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Vermilion fell by $17,750 while total sales increased by 500%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 42 homes sold, with a median sale price of $114,250 - a 13.4% decrease over the $132,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Vermilion in the second quarter of 2018.
